Welcome Neighbor

Our clinic is accessible for people with accessibility needs. We have free parking and a parking lot. We also offer translation and interpretation services for all languages. The closest bus stop is at Potomac St & 10th Ave, about a 6-minute walk away.

Who We Serve

We focus on helping our neighbors in Aurora. This includes families, working adults, seniors, and people from different cultures. However, this doesn’t limit who can get care at AWCHC. We welcome all who need our services, which include:

  • Well-child check-ups and vaccines
  • Sports physicals
  • Care for diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and other chronic diseases
  • Cancer screenings (colon, breast, cervical, etc.)
  • Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases
  • Reproductive counseling and birth control placement/removal
  • Adult vaccines
  • Medically assisted treatment for Addiction (MAT)
  • Care for HIV, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
  • Prenatal care
  • Lactation counseling
  • Care for depression and anxiety
  • Help to quit smoking
  • Treatment for sprains and strains
  • Joint injections
  • Trigger point injections
  • Nurse-assisted care management
  • Telehealth appointments
  • Treatment for rashes and other skin problems
  • Removal of ingrown nails
  • Routine pre- and post-op care
